Last night, the halls of Llangan Primary School were filled with the joyous sounds of music, as our very own school choir joined forces with the Llansannor and Llanharri CIW Primary choirs for an unforgettable concert. It was an evening of beautiful harmonies, shared songs, brilliant dancing and wonderful teamwork that showcased the incredible talent and dedication of all three choirs.

The concert, held in our school hall, was a fantastic celebration of musical collaboration. Our pupils have been working hard over the past few months, learning new songs and perfecting their performances, and the evening was the culmination of all their effort and enthusiasm. Alongside the talented singers from Llansannor and Llanharri CIW Primary, the performance was nothing short of spectacular.

The night kicked off with both choirs coming together to perform “Try Everything”, a powerful and uplifting anthem that resonated with every member of the audience. The song’s hopeful message set the tone for the evening, filling the hall with energy and excitement.

The concert featured a variety of songs, including the ever-popular “Hairspray Medley” from the musical, which brought an extra touch of magic to the evening. There was also a beautiful rendition of “Beautiful Things That I Got”, with both choirs singing in unison, their voices rising to celebrate the uniqueness of every individual.

The children also had the chance to perform some songs on their own. The choir gave a spirited performance of “Get Loud” from and the choirs delighted the audience with their rendition of a Bob Marley Medley filling the room with warmth and nostalgia. The infectious, reggae anthems had everyone clapping and smiling along, making it the perfect end to an evening of pure joy.

A huge thank you to all the pupils, teachers, and staff who made this concert such a success. Your hard work, passion, and dedication were evident in every note sung. The collaboration between Llangan Primary School, Llansannor, and Llanharri CIW Primary was a true testament to the power of music to bring people together and create lasting memories.
