It has been great to welcome pupils back to school and get back into school routines. We have begun our new enquiry 'How was life for a child in Industrial Wales?' The pupils have been asking lots of questions and are excited about our trip to The Big Pit next week. 

In maths this week we have been revisiting place value, addition and subtraction. Homework to support what we have been doing in class can be found on Google Classroom. 

In literacy, we have been revising spelling, punctuation, grammar and presentation of work. We have also been celebrating Roald Dahl Day with fun and challenging maths and literacy tasks.
I wonder who will win the costume parade?
