We have had a fantastic week in Year 3 this week! We started our week by visiting Rest Bay and we became Rockpool Guardians. We learnt how to safely rockpool and even found some sea creatures. To do this safely you must:

- Use white buckets 

-Be patient and kind with the creatures 

-Don't use nets and be careful where your feet go

-Any creatures you find, make sure you put them back safely and collect the creatures one at a time.

Whilst we were at Rest Bay, we found crabs, whelks, sea anemones, limpets and star fish. We had a fantastic day, even though it was very cold! 

In class this week, we started to learn about fractions. We have also taken part in activities linked to Online Safety Week and learnt about Coral Reefs!

Fun Fact: Coral is actually an animal! Coral is confusing but also very cool! 

We can't wait for our final week before half-term!
