Happy New Year and welcome back to Year 3, 4 and 5. We have had a lovely week settling back into our school routine. 

On Thursday we participated in our jump-in afternoon. Our whole school enquiry is based around 'Cynefin' and it has been lovely to share pupils' Christmas selfie homework  which supported our enquiry this term. Did you know our local area had so many geographical, physical and human features? As part of our jump-in afternoon, the whole school were set the challenge of painting or drawing a local landmark. Pupils have worked extremely hard and created some fantastic pieces of art which will be displayed in the main hall in the school. 

As our topic will move from our local area and we will focus on Cardiff Bay.
