This week, the Year 6 students of Dosbarth Llwynog had an unforgettable time on their 3-day residential trip to Llangrannog! From Monday to Wednesday, they experienced a range of exciting activities, made lasting memories, and had the best time with friends.

The adventure kicked off with some thrilling outdoor activities. The students had the chance to try horse riding, high ropes, skiing, and tobogganing! There was also rock climbing, go-karting, and even quad biking – talk about an action-packed trip! Whether they were racing around in go-karts or reaching new heights on the climbing wall, every moment was filled with excitement and teamwork.

One of the highlights of the trip was the chance to join in a traditional twmpath dance, where everyone learnt fun dances together. There was also a disco to round off the evening, giving everyone the chance to show off their best dance moves and have a laugh with friends.

When it came to food, the students were in for a treat! The meals were not only delicious but also gave them the energy they needed for all the activities. After each busy day, there was plenty of time to relax and reflect on everything they had done.

A special moment of the trip was the 5-mile beach walk. The stunning coastal views and the sound of the waves made it a peaceful and memorable experience. Overall, the trip to Llangrannog was an incredible experience that helped everyone develop independence, teamwork, and a sense of adventure. There were lots of laughs, new challenges, and, most importantly, memories that will last a lifetime. Well done to Year 6 for being such a fantastic group and making the most of every moment!
