Under the Sea!

We've had a fantastic week in Year 3!

This week we have been learning about temperature in our maths lessons and using negative numbers. We then transferred these skills across the curriculum when we learnt about the different sea temperatures around the UK.

We also learnt about ocean pollution and what we can do to help save our oceans. Along with this, we generated questions to the Minister of Climate Change in the Senedd to ask him what he is going to do to combat this problem.

During our literacy lessons, we started our new writing journey all about writing poems. We thought about the different rhyming words we could use in our poems about the ocean, and we completed our cold task.

Mrs Stevens also took us out for an outdoor learning session! What a busy week!
