This week in Year 3, we completed our inquiry by taking part in Jump Out Day! Last week, we started to learn about how to make iMovie's and we completed these in our groups. We were given a significant person to focus on and we had to create an iMovie about them. The significant people were:

-Martin Luther King Jr

-Neil Armstrong 

-Aneurin Bevan 

-Joseph Lister

-Emmeline Pankhurst

-Rosa Parks

-Henry VIII

-Betty Campbell 

Once we had created our iMovie's, some of us designed a map of the school and chose the locations for our QR code trail. 

When the parents and carers came in, we welcomed them to Historyland! They were provided with a map, and they had to find the locations around the school to learn about the significant people. 

We have also been busy rehearsing our Christmas Carol Concert and continuing our final writing journey of this half term. We will be writing our job applications over the next couple of weeks! 

It's been a busy start to December, and we can't wait to continue our learning over the next couple of weeks!!
