This week in outdoor learning, Y1/2 took trips up to the arboretum to explore the wonders of a woodland. We found birds, bees and insects. We discussed food chains, habitat and survival. We hunted for minibeasts and drew what we saw. We hugged trees and made a group piece of art that reflected our woodland mindset. 

 Y3/4 pupils - watered, harvested vegetables and set up another selling tables in the carpark and Y4/5 cooked our produce.

Y6 picked prepped and cooked veggies from the garden. Discussed food groups and what is balanced healthy diet.
