We had a great time this week going out of school to Cowbridge high street. We started out at Cowbridge Library, where we met a lovely lady called Betty who told us all about the history of Cowbridge. Who knew it was originally built by the Romans!

We followed this with a walk down the high street creating our birds eye view maps all about the shops and services the high street has to offer. We finished the trip off back at Cowbridge library with a story called ‘Elephant and the Buns’ based in Cowbridge.

It was a fantastic day, and it has given us lots to do back in class.
